Our Automated Validation Features

There's so much to say about our AutoValidation.com tool that we could actually overwhelm you with details and information. We'll keep this as short and simple as we can by providing you with the information that is most important to you as a member of our program.

Our Automated SafeList Validation system is the first web-based automated validation tool that provides true, one-click simplicity. Our program will log into your POP3 list email account with the information you provide to us.

Once every hour for 24 hours, your email account will be checked and scoured for any validation email links. When they are found, the link will be automatically clicked and automatically join you with the safelist. After the auto-join process is complete, the email will be deleted from your mail account. This process is repeated once each hour for a 24-hour period and validate all safelist validations received into your POP3 mail account.

After each hourly period is complete, you will receive a detailed email report listing all results of the automated validation process for your safelists. Your POP3 Mail Account will also be cleaned by our system that automatically deletes all emails on the mail server.

The email report  will include a complete list of the URLs that the system validated during the last hour's period. Beside each URL it will either report "OK" or "ERROR." If an error is encountered by the system, you will be able to click a link beside it. This link will take you to the actual saved page when our system attempted to validate the safelist. You will then be able to manually validate the safelist to insure 100% joining.

With our Automated Validation system, you will KNOW which validations were successful and which were not. We retain the saved pages of all validation emails on our servers for seven days that allows you ample time to review successful auto-joins and resolve all reported errors.
